Job Description:
Tree Town Preschool, a dynamic and innovative early childhood education center, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our team. Our preschool provides a creative and nurturing environment designed as a miniature city, fostering academic growth, life skills, and independence in children ages 18 months to 5 years.
The ideal candidate will assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans, ensuring the safety and engagement of children, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support lead teachers in delivering structured, engaging activities aligned with the preschool’s curriculum.
Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor playtime to ensure a safe environment.
Assist with preparing educational materials and maintaining an organized classroom.
Encourage social, emotional, and academic development through hands-on activities and creative play.
Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members, fostering a sense of community.
Maintain a clean and hygienic learning space in compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with staff to implement the preschool’s philosophy and goals.
