Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Montessori setting, a deep love for children, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to create a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
1) Plan and implement Montessori curriculum in accordance with Montessori principles
2) Create a prepared and engaging classroom environment that fosters independence and learning
3) Observe and assess students' progress, providing guidance and support as needed
4) Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
5) Communicate effectively with parents about students' progress and development
6) Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
7) Encourage and foster a love for learning in all students
Qualifications:
1) Montessori certification from a recognized institution (AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited program)
2) Previous teaching experience in a Montessori setting
3) Passion for teaching and a deep love for working with children
4) Strong teamwork and communication skills
5) Ability to create a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere
