We are hiring for full and part time positions, varying shifts.
Qualified candidates will be 18 years or older and possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and CDA Certification.
Qualified candidates will also possess current Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification.
Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Lesson planning and implementation
-Knowledge of Minimum Standards for Licensed Child Care Centers
-Caring for the children's daily needs including diaper changing or helping with potty duties
-Communicating with parents
-Annual academic assessment
-Annual parent conferences
-Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the children
-Assisting children with potty needs
-Utilization of positive guidance and positive reinforcement
Must have a love for children. Must have patience and respect for children and their families.
Must be a team player.
Must be flexible to work any shift and help fulfill the center's needs as they arise.
