You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our HVAC services, and setting up appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners and businesses to promote HVAC services.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up with potential clients.
Achieve daily and weekly goals set by the management team.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Friendly and professional phone manner.
Basic computer skills for managing call logs and scheduling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
At Least 2 years experience in Cold Calling or Customer Service.
