We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office staff to help with daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks, financial reporting, and maintaining a productive office environment.

Duties

QuickBooks Online experience a MUST.

Greeting Customers, backing up Service advisors at the Counter and on the Phone.

Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.

Oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.

Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks Online for financial record keeping and reporting. Also Tekmetric point of sales system.

Prepare financial reports, including budget analysis and account analysis, to support management decision-making.

Assist in budgeting processes and provide insights based on financial data.

Foster a positive office culture by promoting teamwork and effective communication.

Proficiency in accounts receivable management and financial report writing.

Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks online.

Strong understanding of debits, credits, journal entries, and account analysis.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Strong communication skills to interact with staff at all levels of the organization.

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.
