VIP Builders (visit us at myvipbuilders.com) is looking for a Secretary/Customer Service Representative to assist our VIP customers with their high-end countertop, cabinet, granite, and flooring projects. Our VIP clients pay a premium for exclusive services, and we need someone who can help ensure their projects are handled with care and attention.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist VIP customers with their projects, answering inquiries and managing communication.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, and provide follow-ups with clients.

Work from home or from a small office in your local area.

Example: Meet VIP customers at the Dail-Tile Slab Yard to show them quartz slabs or visit Silestone Quartz to display premium options for their project. We also offer the option to visit our partner’s sister slab yard for additional materials.

Arrange luxury transportation for clients, such as Lumazine drivers or high-end car services, to showroom visits or meetings, ensuring their experience is convenient and stress-free.

Offer at-home consultations for clients who prefer to review samples in the comfort of their homes.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Must have a car for potential meetings with customers.

Basic computer skills.

Location: Working with customers from high-end areas in Houston and surrounding regions. Flexible office locations based on your preference.
