Seeking Event Assistants at University of Houston Clearlake this Saturday 2/22
Rate: $30/hour + Provided Snacks/Coffee. Paid via Direct Deposit within two weeks
Hours:
845 AM-845 PM with possible extension to 1030 PM
The Ideal Candidate-
-Experience working in Theater environments, a plus if you have some fluency in stage and AV terminology/communication, understand theater seating charts, and have some knowledge of the varying roles and responsibilities within a theater
-Comfortable and experienced in client facing roles.
-Comfortable with some light labor(assisting in rolling and taping down marley floor, heavy lifting not required)
-Ready to support client in variety of ways. One hour you may be making a coffee run and the next taking notes from a customer expressing an issue.
-General note taking and organization skills. Will be helping put together various ticketing sheets, end of day reports, accounting for needs of talent/clients/theater staff, and generally helping the team document the day
-Flexibility: you may be helping lay out some flowers, grabbing coffees for the team, double checking a seating chart, listening in a conversation to take notes, or a number of other tasks to assist the client. Being ready and able to switch between these different focus areas is key
