Brick Glass, LLC is looking for full-time customer service representatives (CSR) to join our fast-growing team! The ideal candidates must have a friendly attitude, hardworking & looking to grow in a company.
CSR responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process new orders
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Learning our product and processes so that you may answer questions
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
CSR requirements:
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
Experience with working on computers
Experience in customer service
Ability to stay calm when dealing with upset customers
Ability to work well with others
