Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your bilingual skills will be essential in communicating effectively with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment processes and relationship management to build strong connections with both candidates and hiring managers.
Duties
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress through Bullhorn.
Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
Provide guidance on succession planning and internal recruiting strategies to enhance workforce development.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with timely updates regarding their application status.
Utilize technical recruiting skills to identify candidates for specialized roles within the organization.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company’s brand and attract potential candidates.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a bilingual capacity.
Strong knowledge of employment labor law and best practices in recruitment.
Familiarity with platforms such as Bullhorn, U-Attend, Kronos, and ADP is preferred.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
Experience in full cycle recruiting is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft programs and data entry
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Proficiency in both English and another language is required; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
