- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of total SAP implementation and support expertise
- Minimum of 8 to 10+ years of recent experience of SAP design and configuration with SAP Plant Maintenance and Project System modules.
- Hands on design, configuration, or development experience in the SAP plant maintenance and project system areas
- Experience with various implementation methodologies and tools
- Detailed knowledge of SAP plant maintenance objects
- Detailed knowledge of SAP material management, procurement, finance, controlling, and human resources functionality. SAP S/4 Experience is Preferred.
- Understanding of the integration points with SAP financials, controlling and human resource systems
- Clear understanding of SAP transport system and dependencies.
- Working knowledge of the various SAP development tools and methodologies
- Experience with various interface designs and systems integration methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required in order to provide appropriate cross functional support and interaction.
- SAP PM/MM/PS business process testing and experience in the following areas: PM Plant planning and processing that includes projects, orders, procurement, inventory, tax, reporting, and business workflow.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP PM/MM master data with the ability to analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other SAP modules
- Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills required.
- Detail oriented, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, remaining focused and calm in the face of distractions, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to productively use most commonly used documentation toolset - MS Office Applications, MS Outlook, MS Project, Visio, and Internet Explorer.
