I am a CPA looking for another CPA, EA, or experienced bookkeeper to help me with my small but expanding accounting practice. Services offered to clients include bookkeeping, financial statement prep, tax return prep, payroll, etc.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S)
Provide comprehensive accounting services, including assisting in the preparation of financial statements and providing payroll and bookkeeping services using QuickBooks desktop and online.
Work with clients to gather necessary financial information.
Assist in tax planning and provide guidance to clients on tax-related matters.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting and tax-related tasks.
Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Work closely with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments in accounting and taxation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Experience in tax preparation and accounting services is required.
Proficient in using QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
