The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and bookkeeping for a Franchisor with 5 Franchisees. You will support our business using QuickBooks Desktop processing electronic invoices, transactions, expenses as well as financial statements, balance sheets, income statements and quarterly reporting. This can be a hybrid position if desired - 35-40 hours/week.
Responsibilities
Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
Billing for franchises
Franchise reports
Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
Handle monthly and quarterly reports
Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
Coordinate with Payroll Service
Coordinate with distribution center
Qualifications
7+ years' of experience working in Accounting
Work well independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented
