We are a family-owned pallet manufacturing company in East Houston, looking for a versatile Office Administrator. Looking to hire ASAP
Requirements:
-2 years of QuickBooks experience
-Bilingual - Spanish/English
-Must be able to work 7 am-3:30 pm M-F.
Main Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Greet visitors
-Keep the office organized
-Light Bookkeeping
-AP & Purchasing
-Vendor Management
-Translating for owners
-Assist owners and management in other tasks as needed
