Seeking licensed flooring subcontractors. Contractors responsible for bidding and completing flooring jobs. Work is contracted through Insurance Carriers and all contractors and their workers must meet the Carriers requirements.
Skilled tradesman of specific flooring types welcome (tile, carpet, hardwood and/or manufactured flooring). Skilled contractors in all flooring types are ideal.
Requirements:
-All onsite employees of contractor must pass background check. (Application fee of $65 per background check, per employee)
-Subcontractor Agreement (Contract)
-General Liability, Auto, & Workers Compensation
-Drug Free Workplace
