We are seeking a Maintenance Technician/Make Ready to help us keep our property running smoothly.
You have to like to work hard while having fun, and be able to adapt to unplanned events, while remaining resourceful and efficient.

Under the supervision and direction of the Community Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety, appearance, and operation within the budgeted financial goal including, but not limited to, the interior and exterior of the building, plus all other areas related to the day-to-day function of the building and activity of the residence. Specific responsibilities include:
Performing general maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, painting.
Performs property and unit inspections.
Maintains the property curb appeal and general cleanliness.
Schedules and maintains Make- Ready Board.
REQUIREMENTS for consideration are:
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in Apartment/ multi-family Maintenance
English language proficiency (read, speak and write)
The ability to pass a criminal background check
HVAC or EPA Certified
