Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate and nurture a deep, multi-faceted relationship with AWS, spanning sales, marketing, product, and technical teams. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, co-create go-to-market strategies, and drive joint solution development to accelerate cloud transformation through Pega's low-code platform for AI-powered decisioning and workflow automation.

Revenue Generation: Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Identify, qualify, and close joint sales opportunities, leveraging AWS's vast ecosystem and resources. Focus on delivering greater value to clients in collaboration with AWS, aligning with Pega sales teams within specific regions and vertical industries.

Co-Marketing and Demand Generation: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement impactful co-marketing campaigns. Generate leads, drive pipeline growth, and increase brand awareness through webinars, events, and thought leadership initiatives, showcasing the Pega/AWS better-together story.

Ecosystem Enablement: Equip Pega's sales and technical teams with the knowledge and tools to effectively position and sell our solutions on AWS. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring our teams stay ahead of the curve on AWS technologies and best practices.

Who You Are:

Proven Track Record: 7-10+ years of experience in alliances, consulting services, business development, or a related field, with a demonstrated history of success in building and managing strategic partnerships, particularly with large cloud providers.

AWS Expertise: Deep understanding of the AWS ecosystem, including its products, services, and partner programs. Existing relationships within AWS are a plus.

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close complex sales opportunities. Experience working with channel partners and navigating co-selling motions, with a focus on consultative sales solutions skills.

You are a thought leader and Evangelist: You love to be a vocal advocate for the AWS partnership. Speak at industry events, contribute to publications, and actively participate in online communities to showcase our joint value proposition and Pega's unique ability to accelerate cloud transformation.

Technical Aptitude: Solid grasp of cloud computing, SaaS, enterprise software, cloud-native, dev-ops, and microservice architecture. Understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) or automation platforms is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with technical audiences and translate complex concepts into business value.

Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. A collaborative mindset and a passion for teamwork.
