Director, Workforce Analytics & Planning Consultant

Provides leadership in defining Talent Analytic strategies and champions the value of data-based decision making across the entire organization.Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Workforce Analytics and Planning Consultant role advises HR and business leaders and helps the organization make better decisions about the future of its workforce by generating insights from data.

Leading talent data research and analysis function aiming at driving business results.

Optimizing data analytics operations and processes including talent data collection, management, modeling and reports generation; evaluating the possible deployment of advanced analytic tools and methodologies.

Identifying business strategic goals and existing operational issues; arranging relevant talent analytic project to seek talent solution for the issues.

Directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of the talent analytic team and key staff.

Drive the Talent analytics agenda with the business as well as recommend optimal business strategies based on historical performance, predictive analytics and scenario based analysis.

Partners with Finance to forecast future workforce needs and associated total cost of the workforce.

Measure and quantify the impact of key Talent initiatives and tell the story behind the statistics.

Minimum of 5+ years of workforce, people or business analytics experience and/or leading projects related to workforce planning or talent management

Preferred Experience:

7+ years of workforce, people or business analytics experience and/or leading projects related to workforce planning or talent management

Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related degree

Professional work experience in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior

Professional work experience conducting data analyses, building statistical models in R or Python programming language

Knowledge of advanced statistical methodologies, including regression, or longitudinal analysis

Strong written and oral communication skills, including visualization skills (i.e., able to “tell the story” and highlight key insights in a clear and concise manner that is easily understood by stakeholders)

Strong experience with designing actionable management dashboards for HR or Talent organizations.

Independently drive the successful delivery of projects and products using strong project management and deployment focused activities.

Knowledge of HR processes and systems related to workforce planning, recruiting, learning, performance management and overall people data

Establishes credibility by demonstrating an understanding and keeping current on Talent Analytic trends, research and tools. Generates innovative ideas to employ in deliverables
