SaiTech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Desk Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
Position Description:The ideal Service Desk Technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.This position is 100% customer facing and interaction, does require off hours, weekend, holidays. - Trouble shooting PC’s, laptops, tablets peripherals and related hardware
- Providing technical support for MS Windows XP, W7, W10 OS and MS office 2016
- 2 years of experience trouble shooting PC’s, laptops, tablets peripherals and related hardware
- 2 years of experience providing technical support for MS Windows XP, W7, W10 OS and MS office 2016
- CompTIA A+ certification
- CompTIA Network, or A+ certification
- U.S. Citizenship
- 2 years of experience with Remedy
- Network+ certification
- ITIL certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
