Sr. Business Performance AnalystTexas Health Resources is looking for top skilled Sr. Business Performance Analyst. Is that you?Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth – Harris Tower 701 6 th Avenue Fort Worth Texas 76104Work hours: Full Time Days (Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week. Work remote one day a week.Department highlights:· Opportunities to learn and grow career· Flexible Schedule - work/life balance· Innovative, collaborative and fast-paced environment· Join an inclusive and supportive teamWhat You Will DoLead larger scale projects, including performance evaluations, dashboards, and ad hoc.· Responsible for providing actionable and complex analytical solutions for business plan development and other requests.· Coach other analysts in tools, techniques, and standards.· Give presentations to work groups and leadership on findings using data visualization tools to tell a story through data and examples.· Manage and prioritize requests from various stakeholders and manage the expectations of stakeholders.· Participate in leadership groups and committees across the organization as prioritized leadership.Here’s What You Need§ Bachelor's Degree Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field required and§ Master's Degree Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred7 Years With Bachelor's Degree, 7 years related analytical experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Finance, Analytics or a closely related field (4+ years in Healthcare preferred) required or§ 5 Years With Master's Degree, 5 years related analytical experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Finance, Analytics or a closely related field (3+ years in Healthcare preferred) required§ Working knowledge of data visualization tools and experience creating data visualizations requiredSkills§ Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or equivalent visualization software.SQL or non-SQL tools to query, join tables, and create tables.§ Financial modeling, pro formas (preferred).§ Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively interact with other analytics teams, business leaders, and executives.§ Project management and prioritization.§ Proficient use of statistics (preferred)Supervision Individual Contributor, supervising up to two individuals.Why Texas Health At Texas Health, our people make this a great place to work every day.
