A degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and at least 4 years of experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Framework, REST/Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and full-stack development. Experience with tools like Maven, Git, Junit, and Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
Familiarity with TDD/BDD methodologies, Agile workflows, object-oriented design principles, and cloud-based solutions.
Web servers (Tomcat, WebSphere), messaging systems (IBM MQ, RabbitMQ), Redis Cache, and Linux/Unix scripting.
Nice To Have
At least six years of hands-on involvement in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), focusing on building and deploying large-scale applications.
More than two years of practical experience with Kubernetes, with solid knowledge of container orchestration and distributed systems principles.
What You Will Be Doing
Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level applications using Java and related technologies.
Build and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
Develop cloud-native applications and manage containerized deployments with Kubernetes and Docker.
Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA, to deliver high-quality software.
Participate in Agile workflows, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Write clean, testable code, adhering to best practices in TDD/BDD.
Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub
Enhance application performance using tools like Redis Cache and Elastic Search.
Diagnose and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
