Maintenance Supervisor directs and coordinates the activities of maintenance techs and maintenance leads.
The Supervisor will also manage materials, machines, and maintenance.
Responsible for ensuring all preventative and reactive maintenance for all facility and operational assets is completed.
Assist the manager with directing, managing, coaching, and mentoring personnel as needed.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include night shift, overtime, and weekends to support a plant that manufactures 24/7.
Must be able to troubleshoot and repair pneumatics & hydraulics systems.
