Answer incoming telephone calls for patient information and provide walk-up guest with needed patient information.
Provides visitors with patient information and appropriate directions.
Requires ability to communicate through listening and verbal skills.
May require walking visitors to areas to hospital.
Requires knowledge of facility.
Increased customer satisfaction
Communicate information and maintain positive relationship with volunteers and staff.
Train new volunteers when needed.
