Team Lead Materials Technician – Fulltime DaysSeeking a skilled Clinical Supplies Specialist. Is that you?Work location: 4400 Long Prairie Road Flower Mound, Tx 75028Work hours: Fulltime | Monday- Friday | 40 hrs/ wk | 6am-2:30pm. Must be available for at least, 1 week of system training at 612 E Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011Supply Chain Management Department highlights:

Here’s What You Need:

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required

2 Years Materials management experience Required

Hospital supply chain department experience Preferred

Good written and verbal communications skills.

Understanding of purchasing and receiving systems.

Ability to lead others.

Record keeping skills.

Capable of setting priorities and multi-tasking.

Basic computer knowledge; Microsoft Word and Excel a plus.

What You Will Do:

Keep daily warehouse operations functioning properly.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of product received and delivered.

Verify accuracy of receiving documentation

Oversee that all orders are pulled and/or delivered accurately and timely.

Monitor supply bins for accurate identification and product availability.

Coordinate deliveries and transfers of incoming capital orders with external vendors, internal stakeholders and other departments. Verify capital receiving documentation.

Coordinate shift assignments to ensure adequate staffing.

Orient new team members to the departmental processes.

Set up and adjust inventory par levels.

Execute conversions and communicate to other departments.
