Successful candidates will be responsible for the accurate and efficient setting and finishing of concrete forms in construction settings. Key Responsibilities:
Form Setting: Accurately measure, align, and place concrete forms for foundations, walls, and other structures, ensuring all forms meet project specifications.
Form Finishing: Smooth, level, and clean concrete surfaces, ensuring a professional finish and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in form setting and finishing, with a strong understanding of concrete and construction processes.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
A clean background check is required, as this role involves access to sensitive construction sites.
