Excavation Expert – Year-Round Work
Location: El Paso, TX
We are looking for someone with strong excavation skills to work on high-quality outdoor construction projects.
Most of our work uses a Bobcat S70, so you must be comfortable operating it every day.
You must also be able to load and unload a skid steer safely onto a dump trailer.
This is not a training position. We need someone with real experience who can work on their own and lead a small crew.
Job Duties
Operate Bobcat S70 and other small equipment for grading, leveling, trenching.
Work carefully around irrigation lines, cable lines, and other utilities.
Set correct grade, slope, and drainage for each job.
Load and unload skid steers on/off dump trailers safely.
Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized.
Work with the crew and office to make sure projects run smoothly.
Requirements
At least 2 years of professional excavation experience.
Skilled with grading, leveling, and trenching.
Experience working safely around underground utilities.
Reliable transportation.
Able to work outdoors in all weather.
Good work ethic and teamwork.
Extra Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with turf installation or concrete work.
Knowledge of outdoor kitchens, fire pits, or other hardscapes.

Pay based on experience.
