We’re hiring a bilingual (Spanish & English) Installation Manager – Material Tracker – Purchaser.
This is a remote position
What You’ll Do:
Track all materials ordered and delivered for multiple ongoing jobs
Create orders from vendors
Create and manage checklists for job materials and installations
Help coordinate schedules between installers and project managers
Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish with crews, vendors, and team members
Keep Google Sheets or similar tools updated daily
Report directly to the owner with updates and issues
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Experience with material purchasing, order tracking.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic project tracking tools
Can communicate clearly and consistently with teams over text, email, and phone
Self-motivated and reliable
Fast response time duringworkhours
