Job Description
WHAT YOU GET TO DO- Lead, motivate and develop the team through the provision of instructions and guidance to ensure departmental/site performance targets are met. This includes primary operational targets such as safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Lead daily accountability meetings for team (10-12 Property Preservation Specialist) designated department and provide guidancewhere required.
- Review team performance daily via daily accountability, efficiency and production meetings in order to identify areas for improvement and encourage progress.
- Manage team or individual performance in line with client processes and expectations.
- Generate and implement ideas to continuously improve individual, team and process performance.
Qualifications
WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have- Residential, real estate or mortgage review experience from a mortgage lender or mortgage servicer experience is a plus!
- Established experience in managinga team, including being apoint of escalation
- Driveto deliver the best, personally and for the company. Motivated by responsibility, an energetic self-starter who is results orientated, tenacious and deadline driven. A high degree of self-belief and desire to progress.
- Coach and mentorassociates to ensure qualityscore - ability to manage escalations from third party vendors and clients.
- Experience working with excel, creating reports for leaderships.
