- 10+ years of experience as a mechanical engineer, industrial and/or cleanroom experience preferred
- PE license, preferred
- Project Management experience and ability to interface with clients
- Design experience with HVAC and Process Pipe
- AutoCAD MEP and Revit / BIM proficiency
- Be a Subject Matter Expert and lead design and project coordination for HVAC and plumbing projects in the industrial space
- Perform load calculations and fluid systems modeling / calculations
- Design plumbing systems including waste, vent, storm drain, med gas, fire protection, etc
- Establish / maintain relationships with vendors
- Handle RFIs and submittals
- Conduct site visits as needed for field verifications and to perform takeoffs for existing systems
