Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a skilled

IT Helpdesk Technician to help perform in-person software/hardware assistance and troubleshooting in the El Paso, Texas area.

Responsibilities for IT Helpdesk Technician:• Provide technical assistance for end users at our client's site • Assist with software/hardware troubleshooting, upgrade, configuration, and installation • Resolve several trouble/request tickets while following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) • Modernize SOPs and add knowledgebase entries • Supervise user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory/Azure AD

Requirements for the IT Helpdesk Technician:• 1+ years of technical or helpdesk experience • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred • Experience providing computer user support • High understanding of ethernet, TCP/IP, network cabling, wireless, and remote access practices • Knowledge of Microsoft products •

Compensation for the IT Helpdesk Technician:• $45,000-$55,000 depending on experience • Benefits include Medical, Dental/Vision, 401k match, PTO, Holidays
