Inventory Clerk

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in El Paso, Texas. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of our inventory within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: Conduct regular checks on all stocking units on nursing floors to ensure proper inventory levels. Utilize our automated system to maintain accurate counts of supplies. Generate and follow a pick list to restock supplies at service stations on various floors. Oversee the preparation, distribution, and control of supplies and selected equipment for patient care within the hospital. Handle service requests in an accurate, timely, and detail oriented manner. Leverage skills in Data Entry and Asset Inventory management to maintain efficient operations. Requirements Must possess basic data entry skills Knowledge of asset inventory is a must No minimum years of experience required, entry-level candidates are welcome Ability to maintain accurate records of inventory Strong attention to detail Basic understanding of inventory control procedures Strong organizational skills Proficiency in using inventory software Ability to work independently Excellent communication skills Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary High school diploma or equivalent required Willingness to perform other duties as required Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
