About the Role
We’re looking for a bilingual, tech-savvy, and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our outreach team. This position plays a key role in supporting customers who qualify for our low-cost internet programs — helping them apply, answering their questions, and guiding them through the process with patience and care.
What You'll Do
Assist customers in completing applications and qualifying for service
Schedule installation techs and follow up on appointments
Help resolve billing or service issues
Order equipment and track shipments
Onboard new sales agents and assist with paperwork
Respond to customer emails and general office tasks
Be a helpful, compassionate voice to those who need support most
Requirements
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Tech-savvy and comfortable with multitasking
Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays (required)
Must be able to commute to/from the job site
Committed, dependable, and ready to grow with us
Compensation & Perks
$12/hr base pay + commissions
Weekly direct deposit (every Friday)
