Apex Techlink, Inc. is a technology company focused on patent licensing and enforcement in the Eastern District of Texas. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager to manage daily operations of our office in Marshall, TX.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, vendors, and supplies
Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, and expense reporting
Coordinate schedules and documents with third parties
Receive, organize, and securely store confidential correspondence
Provide administrative support for licensing, enforcement, and legal filings
Serve as the company’s primary representative in Marshall, TX
Assist with onboarding future hires
Requirements
3+ years of office administration or business operations experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
Trustworthy, discreet, and professional demeanor
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Located in or near Marshall, TX and available for full-time, on-site work
Preferred (but not required)
Experience supporting legal or professional services
Familiarity with document retention, legal filings, or court logistics
Comfortable interacting with attorneys, vendors, or officials
Compensation
Competitive salary: $45,000–$55,000 (or higher, depending on experience)
