Apartment Maintenance Technician

Looking for a maintenance technician 40 hours/week for an apartment complex in Van Zandt County. Duties include performing make-readies of vacant units that includes cleaning, painting etc. Must have experience to do light carpentry work, plumbing & other apartments maintenance activities. Assisting with various types of maintenance: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and flooring. Salary will be based on experience.
