OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - HR/PAYROLL COORDINATOR NEEDED (WINNSBORO)

Our landscape nursery is looking to hire a full time HR/Payroll coordinator. (Preferably bilingual, but not required)

Duties include but not limited to:

Conducting new hire orientations

Processing new hire paperwork

Processing termination paperwork

Payroll coordination - Reconciling time cards, entering PTO requests, and submitting payroll by deadline

Light reception (answering minimal phone calls, greeting customers, corresponding with walk in applicants, ordering of office supplies and safety supplies, maintaining employee records, etc.)
