Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output.
Production Oversight: Monitor daily operations to ensure that processes run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to enhance production performance.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor process engineers, technicians, and production staff. Foster a collaborative team environment.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all processes meet regulatory and safety standards, and promote a workplace safety culture.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Quickly identify and address process bottlenecks, equipment issues, and other operational challenges.
