The Leasing Specialist will work closely with the Property Manager, Property Operations Manager, tenants and others to assist with a building’s maintenance and occupancy. Under the direction of management, this role requires the Leasing Specialist to interact with prospects to schedule and view properties and onsite amenities, review terms and conditions of lease agreements, and answer inquiries about the area. This is a non-exempt, hourly paid position. Bilingual preferred.

Salary Range: $15-17/hour + Commissions
