This position performs parts runs, kit pulls, monthly vehicle inspections, back parts organization, and back parts cycle counts.
Essential Functions:
Take care of shop needs by providing parts through pulling stock and/or purchasing.
Ensure database accuracy and consistency in all aspects of the system.
Operate machinery as needed, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
Handle internal and external returns in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adjust shelving and bin locations as needed to accommodate inventory needs.
Assist in department needs as required (inventory audits, pickup and delivery of parts both internal and external, special projects, etc).
Work with all other departments cohesively with a focus on improving processes where possible.
Wear the proper safety equipment.

This position works in a warehouse and shop setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., but hours could change based on need.
