Looking for a work order tech for property repairs/maintenance etc. Must be versed in texture, light plumbing/electrical, paint, appliance troubleshooting among other things. Work will be in Dallas/Tarrant counties. Must have valid DL and be able to pass a background check. No exceptions. Not looking for subs. Good communication and ability to use email/ipad/spreadsheet is a must.
Starting pay is $27/hr. $1000 bonuses every three months. Production profit bonuses every month. Company vehicle with gas card.
