We’re a hands-on, design-driven company building fully custom boat docks, tailored to each client’s unique needs—sometimes right up to the last minute. We’re looking for a skilled right-hand team member to bring our client’s dreams to life.
What We’re Looking For in a Teammate:
Strong construction skills with an eye for quality
Solid welding and metalworking experience (critical to this role)
Familiarity with both metric and standard (imperial) measurements
Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and in outdoor environments
Experience working on cars or mechanical systems is a plus
Must be comfortable working near and around large bodies of water

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Safety-first mentality and respect for the jobsite
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work hard
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with marine or dock construction
Background in auto repair, fabrication, or custom builds
Experience working without rigid plans – a creative and adaptive builder
