We are seeking a skilled and certified Commercial Medgas Plumber to join our team in Heath, Texas, just outside of Dallas. If you have a passion for ensuring the safety and efficiency of medical gas systems, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain medical gas systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national building codes and safety standards.
Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications.
Test pipes for leaks and inspect structures to identify obstructions.
Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Coordinate with construction or project managers to ensure timely project completion.
Provide cost estimates for plumbing services to clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience as a Medical Gas Installer.
Current Medical Gas Certification and OSHA 10 Certification required.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in plumbing.
Knowledge of basic safety, ADA requirements, and state and local building/plumbing codes.
Ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization and with external contacts.
Must pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.
