Position Overview
This role involves a variety of electrical projects across commercial and residential sectors. You’ll handle everything from bending conduit to wiring and installing devices. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Bend, cut, thread, and run 1/2", 3/4", and 1"+ electrical conduit for installations.
Perform advanced conduit bending techniques (offsets, 3-points, 4-points, saddles, kicks, and 90s).
Pull and route wiring through conduit efficiently and accurately.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for project requirements.
Complete terminations in panels and install fixtures, outlets, and electrical devices.
Deliver fast, efficient, and high-quality work on both residential and commercial projects.
Note: Candidates with adequate experience should be able to independently take on simple residential jobs with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 4 years in the electrical trade.
Registration: Must be registered with TDLR at any level.
License: Valid driver’s license required.
Tools: Must have your own hand tools and tool belt.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and working per trade standards.
Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and committed to completing projects.
Independence: Able to work independently and in teams with minimal supervision.
Assessment: Applicants will be required to complete a short skills assessment and participate in an in-person tryout with our master electrician.
