Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations on job sites
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
Manage and motivate crews
Communicate with project managers and clients
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience as a Foreman or similar leadership role
Must have active TDLR
Strong knowledge of job site safety, tools, and procedures
Ability to lead and work with diverse teams
Reliable transportation and punctuality
