About Us:

We are a commercial millwork shop based in North Texas. We take pride in delivering high-quality commercial millwork solutions to our clients. With a commitment to craftsmanship and innovation, we are seeking a skilled Custom Millwork Fabricator to join our talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication & Construction: Produce high-quality, precise commercial millwork, including cabinets, moldings, panels, doors, and trim, following architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Material Selection: Select appropriate materials for each project, ensuring that specifications, durability, and aesthetics are met.

Precision Cutting & Assembly: Operate advanced woodworking machinery (e.g. table saws, routers) with accuracy and safety to cut, shape, and assemble wood products.

Quality Control: Inspect finished work for adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and functionality. Make adjustments as necessary.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that all designs and requirements are met and that work is completed on time and to client specifications.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, architectural plans, and engineering schematics to fabricate millwork accurately.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed in the workshop. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the fabrication or installation process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial millwork fabrication, including a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Technical Skills: Expertise in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery, including table saws, and jointers.

Blueprint Knowledge: Advanced understanding of reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.

Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail, ensuring that all finished products meet high-quality standards and specifications.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
