Assistant Superintendent / Field Production Manager position is to help run our Crews in Dallas. Must be bilingual. Our company performs Restoration & Repair on the exterior of occupied Commercial Buildings, Hotels, Condos, Apartment and Parking Garages performing restoration, waterproofing and structural repairs. We install Waterproofing, Sealants, Stucco, EIFS, Masonry, Coatings, Painting, Glazing, Concrete Repair, Roofing and perform Structural Repair on Parking Garages. This experience must include directly supervising field workers. We can train the person on the specifics of our industry. What we need is a very smart, driven, self-starter with exceptional; problem-solving – mentoring – leadership skills.We are looking for a HIGH-PERFORMER that can grow with the company!
