We are looking for an IT Specialist to help support our Dallas based business clients. The ideal person for this job would be a problem solver with good communication skills. This job will provide a great opportunity to gain new skills and grow professionally. Entry level and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Troubleshoot client IT issues and provide remote helpdesk support
Travel to clients to perform onsite IT work and network installations
Use ticketing system to manage issues and track time for billing
Escalate tickets and work with team members to resolve complex issues
Provide excellent customer service
Contribute ideas to improve the company and customer experience
Requirements and Qualifications:
0-3 years of IT support experience
A positive attitude and ability to communicate with customers
A desire to continuously learn new things and solve problems
Experience with Windows 11 operating system and printers
Experience with Microsoft 365 is a plus
Experience with Ubiquiti products is a plus
Experience with network cabling and mounting equipment is a plus
Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a plus.
Any IT certifications are a plus
A drivers license and the ability to travel to clients as needed (Dallas)
