We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to answer incoming calls from potential candidates, clients, and job seekers. This individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and assisting in the recruitment process. As a Staffing Recruiter Call Response Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for candidates and will help match them to suitable job opportunities.

100 % Remote / Work from Home

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from candidates, clients, and job seekers in a timely and professional manner.

Provide general information about job opportunities, company services, and recruitment processes.

Screen candidates over the phone to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for various job openings.

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure attendance.

Maintain an organized database of candidate profiles, call logs, and other relevant details.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment in candidate selection.

Answer any questions regarding the application process and provide support throughout the recruitment cycle.

Assist with the pre-screening and qualification process by reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and gathering necessary documentation.

Foster strong relationships with candidates to encourage retention and a positive experience.

Resolve any inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in HR, recruitment, or related fields are a plus.

Previous experience in a recruitment or customer service role is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job opportunities.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
