We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is hungry, resilient, and thrives on the chase. This is not your typical SDR role — our comp plan is aggressive, uncapped, and designed for hunters who want to make serious money fast while also earning equity in a start-up that’s about to take off.

You’ll be responsible for opening doors, qualifying opportunities, and driving pipeline growth. With the right hustle, you’ll have the chance to close business quickly and take home \$80K–\$100K in your first year.

### What You’ll Do

Prospect and engage with K–12 district leaders (Superintendents, CFOs, CIOs, etc.)

Create qualified opportunities through outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach

Deliver compelling messaging around a must-have solution required by law

Schedule product demos for Account Executives and support closing efforts

Work closely with leadership to refine outreach strategy and messaging

Track activities and pipeline in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)

### What We’re Looking For

3+ year in an outbound sales role (SDR, BDR, or similar) — education sales a plus, but not required

Hunter mentality — fearless about cold calls and rejection

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and competitive — thrives in a 100% commission environment

Desire to grow into an AE or leadership role as we scale
