BravoTECH, a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks an Exchange Messaging Administrator for our preferred client in their Dallas, Texas location. The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of Exchange 2016 and 3+ years of Lync 2010 experience. Primary responsibilities of the Messaging Administrator include troubleshooting and maintaining messaging applications. The candidate should be an expert in Exchange 2016 and familiar with Lync 2010, Cisco Webex Meetings/Teams and Cisco Ironport. This individual will also be responsible for helping with JiRA work queue supporting end users Outlook, Lync and Webex meetings. This candidate must have good technical and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Maintaining and troubleshooting Exchange 2016 and Lync 2010
- Working with helpdesk, desktop support and end users on Outlook, Lync and Webex Meetings/Teams
- Helping Security team on Ironport policies
- Granting end users access to shared mailboxes, Lync, and Webex meetings
- 5+ years of Exchange 2016 experience
- 3+ years of Lync 2010
- 3+ years of Cisco Webex Meetings & Teams
- Working knowledge of Cisco Ironport
- Good Communication skills
- Self-Motivated
- Works well in a team environment
