We are a Water Filter and Consumer Good company committed to providing seamless logistics and distribution services for our online marketplace. Our dynamic team is the backbone of our operation, ensuring products move efficiently from our warehouse to customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team and support our shipping and receiving operations.

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our warehouse, including the handling, packaging, and shipping of goods. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of assembly and order fulfillment tasks aimed at ensuring the efficient flow of products from our warehouse to the end-user.

Key Responsibilities:

- Setup warehouse shelving systems.

- Organize inventory ( we are moving merchandise from out of state )

- Day to day operations Opening and Closing, Answering Phones and Reporting to Management

- Inventory Control and Forecasting.

- Future Hiring and Training of New Employees

- Prepare orders for shipment by packing, sealing, and labelling products.

- Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and organize inventory in the warehouse.

- Operate shipping software and tools to manage and track orders.

- Use Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, inventory management, and generating shipping labels and documents.

- Coordinate with different shipping companies and the United States Postal Service to schedule pickups and deliveries.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.

- Familiarity with using various shipping companies and the United States Postal Service.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience in Amazon Distribution Centers is highly desirable.

- Ability to lift up to 25kg as per BFOQ.

- Forklift driving and machinery operating skills are not required but will be considered an asset.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
