As a Jewelry Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized service and helping our customers find the perfect piece to complement their style and celebrate life's special moments.
As a Jewelry Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting, purchasing, and caring for jewelry items.
Your primary duties will include, but not limited to:
Greeting customers warmly and engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their preferences and needs.
Providing personalized recommendations based on customers' style, occasion, and budget.
Offering advice on jewelry care, maintenance, and styling techniques.
Demonstrating product knowledge and expertise to showcase the features and benefits of various jewelry pieces
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the jewelry department.
Ensuring the jewelry store and displays are visually appealing, organized, and well-maintained to enhance the shopping experience.
Participating in inventory management activities, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
Collaborating with the merchandising team to create compelling product presentations and promotions.
Attention to details
Participating in training sessions to expand product knowledge and enhance selling skills.
Building long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up assistance.
Resolving customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month
